With currently six independent and highly specialized companies and over 350 employees, the WOLPERT GROUP has grown into a powerful group of companies with a turnover of around 60 million euros. Prototype tools and series tools as well as series parts are produced. All companies in the group have a wealth of experience, impressive know-how and a long tradition - dating back as far as 1895. However, these values must be brought to life anew every day. We achieve this because we are enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working on innovative solutions and think about the challenges our customers face.

We Promote Young Talent
Young Knowledge for Industry 4.0
The responsible training and qualification of young specialists is a high priority at the WOLPERT GROUP. We are a recognized and valued training partner in the region and are happy to pass on our expertise to the next generation of skilled workers. At Wolpert, almost 85 young people are being prepared for their professional lives and careers in ten different apprenticeships. The many state and chamber winners from our training years show that this is successful. The WOLPERT GROUP regularly takes part in training days and education fairs in the region, which our trainees organize as a project on their own initiative. In this way, future school leavers learn from a competent source how they can plan their future with Wolpert.
For this shared future, we operate a training center where trainees are specifically prepared for their apprenticeships and examinations. Office courses and seminars on methodological and social skills, teamwork and presentation skills are also offered there. And it doesn't have to end after a successful apprenticeship. Apprentices who have excelled in their final exams and shown commitment to the company are accepted into a junior development team, in which each member is responsible for their own project together with an experienced mentor. The tasks are all part of the journey towards “Industry 4.0”, in which processes and workflows will be largely automated with a high level of transparency. Each project represents a building block on the Group's path to the future, and the implementation of the results in practical projects is a large part of the appreciation we show to young talents.
