On Monday, our new trainees started their first day at our company with a warm welcome. Mr. Eberle kicked things off by welcoming the young talents and setting them on their new path.
Jakub Jaworski (Cutting machine operator), Jonas Göppele (Cutting machine operator), Manuel Keppler (Precision mechanic), Luka Marauli (Process mechanic)
All four are starting their training at Wolpert Modell- und Formenbau GmbH.
Afterwards, shareholder Mr. Wolpert and Managing Director Mr. Hofmann addressed motivating words to the newcomers. Both emphasized the importance of training in the company and the opportunities it opens up.
Mr. Takas then took over: first, he gave a comprehensive safety briefing, explaining everything important about work and safety regulations. He then took the group on a tour of the company and gave the first exciting insights into the various departments and work processes.
Organizational topics were on the agenda for the rest of the morning, followed by a round of introductions during which the new trainees got to know each other better.
The event concluded with a company rally in which the new trainees explored the company in a fun way and put their teamwork to the test.
After the eventful morning, things continued in a relaxed manner at lunchtime: a joint excursion with all Wolpert Group trainees offered the perfect opportunity to get to know each other even better and to round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
